About 2 months ago...or more...I've lost track...I got this brilliant idea to update my blog and managed to completely destroy it. I was able to mostly rebuild one here. It turned out pretty decent, other than my inabiltity to fix some tweeks and the fact that I seemed unable to successfully communicate that change to...anyone.
So I just set up shop back in the same spot. You can read my 'lost' post on the other blog if you want. But it's not too exciting.
That being said -
I am on break from school from a few more weeks, I moved into a new position at work, painted and redecorated all of my bathrooms, my parents and nephew visited, and I got a new phone....a blackberry.
when they added the word 'crackberry' to the dictionary a few years ago I might have muttered a few things about the demise of the english language - today - I so get it.
I'm a crackberry addict. And if you have a 12 step program I'm not interested.
My interest in the blackberry was purely astethic. It was the only phone out there that I found attractive. So when we went to switch carriers I was frustrated that carriers require unlimited internet with blackberries. I wasn't interested in the internet, I wouldn't use it, and I didn't want to pay for it. But after soe discussion with my husband, and reasinging that we were currently paying for a plan he can't use at work or at home, I figured it woudl be worth it.
And so it began. I have three emails on it, internet access, unlimited text messaging...I have a camera that takes better puictures than my digital camera somehow. And sending them to other people is so easy. I can do it anywhere.
I can log into crackberry.com and get hundreds of free applications, backgrounds, and ringtones just by emailing them direct to my phone. no fuss.
What don't I like? That my acrylic nails make typing on the tiny keys hard. That I don't have an excuse to use it more than I already do....
So by all means, email me....I will get back to you!! Faster than normal! :o)
